Step 1: Submit an Inquiry

Complete our Online Inquiry Form to begin the admissions process. Please be sure to select the correct school year when submitting your inquiry. Once you submit an inquiry we will email you to schedule a tour.

Step 2: Schedule a Campus Tour

Experience the SJE difference firsthand! Email office@stjohnev.com to schedule a personalized campus tour. We look forward to showing you our classrooms, meeting our staff, and sharing what makes our school community so special.

Step 3: Meet with Our Principal

Following your campus tour, you'll meet with Principal Kristen Beck to discuss your child's educational needs, learn more about our programs, and determine if St. John the Evangelist is the right fit for your family.

Step 4: Complete the Enrollment Application

Once your family has completed the inquiry and tour process and has been approved for admission, you will receive:

Instructions for creating your family's FACTS Tuition Management account

Enrollment Fees

Application Fee: $25
Registration Fee: $500

Step 5: Submit Required Documents

Complete your child's enrollment by submitting the required documentation. Documents may be uploaded through the online enrollment portal, delivered to the school office, or emailed to office@stjohnev.com.

Required documents include:

Official Birth Certificate
Current Immunization Record
Most Recent Report Card (Grades 1–8)
Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)

Step 5: Meet Your Buddy Family

Once your enrollment is complete, you will receive a welcome email from our Advancement Director, who will introduce you to your Buddy Family. Your Buddy Family will help welcome you to the SJE community, answer questions, and serve as a friendly resource as your family begins this exciting new chapter. From the first day of school to navigating school traditions and events, your Buddy Family is there to help you feel at home.
